Ashley Myers

Ashley Myers is an experienced professional in loss prevention and fraud management, currently serving as Fraud Manager at Tractor Supply Company since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Senior Divisional Investigator at Nordstrom, where responsibilities included leading a store shrink reduction program and conducting internal investigations. Ashley’s career also includes significant roles at Kirkland's as Regional Loss Prevention Manager, where expertise in reporting and system implementation was demonstrated, and at Macy's in multiple asset protection roles, focused on shortage reduction and internal investigations. Earlier experience as a Family Support Worker at The Children First Center included facilitating supervised visits and providing support to guardians. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections and Psychology from Ball State University.
