Keith Brown

Keith Brown possesses extensive experience in total rewards and compensation within various prominent organizations. Currently serving as VPHR of Total Rewards at Tractor Supply Company, previous roles include Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Vice President of Global Compensation at Boeing, as well as Vice President of Total Rewards at BorgWarner Inc. Keith's earlier positions also encompass Director of Compensation at HD Supply and YP, along with a Senior Manager role in Compensation. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, attended from 1987 to 1991, and has educational experience at the University of Virginia.
