Sada Kshirsagar serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Site Operations at Tractor Supply Company since February 2024, leading teams in Product Management, Site Operations, and Analytics, while driving digital transformation and business growth. With a rich investment portfolio as a startup investor since April 2014, Sada has supported over 20 startups across sectors including blockchain, fintech, biotech, retail, gaming, and home services. Previously, leadership roles included Head of Product for B2B/Pro at The Home Depot, where Sada facilitated significant growth in the eCommerce business, and Director of Product Management at Target, leading innovations in customer experience. Sada's career also includes a series of product management positions at notable companies such as Sears Holdings and Edgenet, as well as mentoring startups through Techstars. Academically, Sada holds executive education from The Wharton School and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering.
