Sean Brobston

Sean Brobston brings over two decades of extensive experience in retail and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Retail Initiatives & Store Planning at Tractor Supply Company since February 2002, Sean has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President positions in Merchandise Presentation and Space & Store Planning. Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Sean held the position of Director of Store Planning, Visual Presentation, and New Store Development at Quality Stores from July 1999 to February 2002. Sean began a career in retail at CT Farm & Country, serving as a Buyer/Merchant and later as Director of Corporate Business Development from 1995 to 1999. Sean holds a degree in Business Management from Quincy College and a general studies background from Hamilton High School.
