Kyle McCourt

Kyle McCourt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyle started their career at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts as a Development Coordinator/Recruitment where they managed fundraisers and assisted with recruitment efforts. Kyle then moved on to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and later as a Senior Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator, focusing on student recruitment, STEM outreach programs, and marketing for the college.

In 2015, Kyle joined Flypaper as a Client Strategist, where they provided digital marketing solutions and managed client billing. Kyle also gained Google Adwords certification during this time.

After their time at Flypaper, Kyle worked at Team SI as a Senior Account Executive and later as a Senior Project & Support Manager, leading the on-boarding, support, and innovation of dealer websites. This role eventually led to the formation of a dedicated company called TracTru, where Kyle served as the Director of Web Platform & Support. In this role, they contributed to innovative equipment dealer sites and assisted in marketing strategies for TracTru and its clients.

Currently, Kyle McCourt holds the position of Vice President of Operations at TracTru LLC and is slated to become the Senior Vice President of Operations in 2023.
