Megan Kapsiak

Megan Kapsiak has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Megan is currently working as a Group Creative Director at TracyLocke, where they lead the creative direction for a multi-brand alc/bev business. Megan is responsible for developing national marketing campaigns and retail toolkits for brands such as Don Julio, Astral, DeLeon, and Ciroc. Megan also manages client relationships, presents concepts, and oversees a team.

Before their current role, Megan worked as a Creative Director at TracyLocke, where they led a team in conceptualizing and executing brand-led shopper marketing programs for clients like Diageo, Heineken, PepsiCo, and Royal Canin.

Prior to that, they served as an Associate Creative Director at TracyLocke, where they managed a team of junior designers and writers. Megan was responsible for creating national brand POS and retail activations, as well as retailer-specific brand programming for brands like Starbucks RTD, Harman Kardon/JBL audio, and Lipton Tea.

Megan also has experience as a Senior Art Director at TracyLocke, where they provided art direction for national and regional customer accounts. Megan oversaw POS design, concept-to-execution of new business pitches, contract renewals, and customer marketing programs for brands like PepsiCo Foodservice, Aramark Foodservice, HP Printing, and Aquafina.

Prior to joining TracyLocke, Megan worked as an Art Director at another company. Additionally, they have experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Hartford School of Art and as a Designer at Crew Design Inc.

Overall, Megan has extensive experience in creative direction, graphic design, copywriting, and team management, with a focus on national marketing campaigns and retail activations for various brands.

Megan Kapsiak attended the University of Hartford from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Their main focus of study was Visual Communication Design, with a minor in Art History.
