Kiashan Moodley (MBA)

Kiashan Moodley (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kiashan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Trade Shield, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Inoxico, where they were responsible for strategy execution and day-to-day operations of the business. During their tenure at Inoxico, Kiashan played a key role in the company's unbundling into three legal entities. Additionally, they served as the Head of Partnerships, where they successfully set up channel, referral, and strategic partnership programs, including a partnership with Marsh SA. Kiashan also served as the Head of Product Management, Principal for Vendor Data and Risk Management, Senior Risk Consultant, and Supply Chain Governance Consultant at Inoxico, demonstrating their expertise in various areas of business management and risk assessment. Prior to their role at Inoxico, Kiashan worked as a Management Consultant during their time as self-employed. Kiashan holds an MBA from Wits Business School and has significant experience as a Business Manager at Dulux Specialist Paint Centre.

Kiashan Moodley attained a Diploma in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School between the years 2008 and 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, Moodley pursued a BPhil Honours in Marketing Management, also at IMM Graduate School. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, Moodley completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the University of the Witwatersrand.
