Nicolas Espinosa has had a diverse career in the business industry. In 2020, they joined Trade Tech Inc. as a member of the Customer Advocacy Team, where they are committed to serving and supporting clients with the highest standards while steadily growing business relationships. Nicolas researches, develops and understands customer supply chain needs, and manages high volume workloads through the utilization of Python, MySQL, JavaScript and other technological tools. From 2013 to 2020, Nicolas served as President at Vavako Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Pacific National Bank as an Analytic Strategist, where they conducted data analysis to build fact-based recommendations and created practical business applications through business strategies and analytic solutions. Nicolas also successfully created and automated the financial reporting process by utilizing VBA procedures and database links that reduce operating work, and analyzed account data to identify unusual activity in conformity with BSA/AML regulations. Additionally, they designed and programmed various VBA procedures and supported Relationship Banking Officers by providing them with solutions to reduce the operating work and increase customer care time. From 2009 to 2011, Nicolas worked at Automotores y Anexos as a Quality Process Assistant, where they researched, graphed and detailed logistic processes in the car dealer supply chain and subsequently identified inefficiencies. Nicolas also designed, optimized and implemented a logistics system that reduces costs for the car dealer supply chain, and analyzed data to statistically identify products for potential customers.

Nicolas Espinosa obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito between 2002 and 2008. Nicolas then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in Financial Engineering from Drucker School of Management between 2009 and 2011. Nicolas has also obtained five certifications from Coursera between 2019 and 2020, namely: Introduction to Data Science in Python, Using Databases with Python, Using Python to Access Web Data, Python Data Structures, and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python).
