Siddharth Sathe

Siddharth Sathe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Siddharth is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Tradebulls Securities(P)Ltd, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they founded DreamAura Learning and Coaching Solutions LLP in May 2021. From November 2021 to April 2022, they served as the Head of Learning and Development at reliancesmartmoney.com. Siddharth also worked at Tradebulls Securities(P)Ltd from August 2017 to April 2021, where they held the role of Country Head - Learning & Development. Before that, they were an Associate Vice President at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd from September 2015 to 2017. Siddharth gained significant experience during their tenure at Angel Broking, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President - Leadership Academy from June 2006 to September 2015. Siddharth started their career at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Housekeeper in 1997 and has since held various positions in reputable organizations such as P&O Cruises and TCS e-Serve International Ltd. In 2004, they served as a Training Lead at Intelenet Global Services and was responsible for setting up pilot projects and handling multiple campaigns. Overall, Siddharth has extensive experience in learning and development, leadership training, and project management.

Siddharth Sathe pursued their education in a variety of fields. From 1994 to 1997, they attended the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai, where they obtained a degree in Hotel Management specializing in Hospitality Management. In 2005, Siddharth acquired a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Asian Institute of Quality Management. Siddharth furthered their education in the field of hotel management by attending the Oberoi School Of Hotel Management from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Diploma in Accommodations Operations, specializing in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Additionally, Siddharth completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science from Bhavans College between 1991 and 1993.

Aside from their formal education, Siddharth also obtained several certifications. In 2006, they achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the Asian Institute of Quality Management. In 2021, they earned the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Band 8.5 certification from IELTS Official. Moreover, Siddharth became a Certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching (ACSTH) from the International Coaching Federation in November 2021. Siddharth'smost recent certification is as a Certified Instructional Designer from Middle Earth HR, which they obtained in January 2023.
