Fran Rolph

Fran Rolph has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fran began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Vertex in 2004. Fran then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Advanced Business Interiors from 2005 to 2007. At Cargill, they served as an HR Generalist from 2007 to 2011, where they provided guidance on labor relations, conducted incident investigations, and managed attendance and claims management. Fran then joined DHL as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2012 to 2013. At Toronto Hydro, Fran worked as an Employee Labour Relations consultant from 2013 to 2020. Fran handled employee relations matters and provided support on labor relations issues. Currently, Fran works at autoTRADER.ca as a Human Resources Business Partner, starting from November 2020.

Fran Rolph completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Resources at Bishop's University from 2000 to 2004. Following that, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto.
