Runelle Dsouza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Runelle began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Test Engineer, where they were responsible for creating and testing various modules for clients, performing quality checks, and serving as the single point of contact. Runelle then had a summer internship at Union Bank of India. After that, they joined Fractal Analytics as a Data Analyst, where they delivered reports and insights, developed comprehensive dashboard reports, and conducted market research and analysis. Runelle then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst at Fractal Analytics, where they developed reports and insights, provided customer segmentation and spend analysis, and delivered live share and distribution reports. Runelle then joined Speed Shift Media as a Digital Intelligence Analyst, before later joining autoTRADER.ca as a Senior Marketing Analyst. In this role, they developed and provided insights for a weekly KPI dashboard, conducted A/B testing, and analyzed metrics to help dealers measure their performance.

Runelle Dsouza completed their education in two different institutions. From 2004 to 2008, they attended ST. FRANCIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and obtained a Bachelor's degree (BE) in Computer. Following that, they pursued further education at St. Francis Institute of Management and Research from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree (MMS) in Finance. In addition to their formal education, Runelle Dsouza has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Qlik Sense Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022, Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google in October 2016, Problem Solving from Fractal Analytics in November 2014, and Bombay Stock Exchange Certification in March 2012.
