Matt Pena

Matt Pena has an extensive work history in sales and branch management roles. Matt started as a General Manager at Fastenal in 2011, moving on to become a Branch Manager at XTRA Lease LLC and Premier Trailer Leasing. Matt then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Renovia before their current role as a Regional Sales Lead at Tradesmen International. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales growth, manage teams, and develop innovative selling strategies.
