Andres Sibaja

Andres Sibaja has extensive work experience in various technical and leadership roles. Andres is currently working at TradeStation as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, where they successfully implemented Agile methodologies and improved business agility through working agreements and industry standards. Prior to that, they worked at Gorilla Logic as a Lead Scrum Master/Delivery Manager, where they implemented Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for clients, ensuring 100% completion quarter over quarter. Andres also provided software solutions that met client requirements and maintained high-quality standards.

Andres also has experience working at Microsoft as a Technical Dynamics 365 Engineer, resolving customer cases and providing advisory services on extending Microsoft Dynamics 365. At Buildingi, they worked as a Solutions Engineer/Scrum Master, developing SharePoint products and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline sales and marketing processes.

Before that, Andres worked at TradeStation as a Software Engineer/Technical Lead/Scrum Master, managing teams and designing software systems for revenue generation. Andres also worked at EX2 Outcoding and Accenture in similar technical leadership roles, managing project development, testing, and release processes.

Andres started their career at Grupo Asesor en Informática S.A. as a Software Engineer, and later joined Profesionales en Software Prosoft S.A., where they developed applications for integrating financial and governmental entities with the National System of Electronic Payments and implemented Microsoft CRM systems for financial cooperatives.

Andres Sibaja obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from ULACIT from 2001 to 2007. During the same period, they also received a Certificate of Advanced Studies in English Language from ULACIT.
