Bianca Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Bianca began their career as a Market Research Intern at Easton Associates in 2012, where they developed marketing plans and managed customer data. In 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at William Blair & Company, where they handled background checks, exit interviews, new employee orientation, and coordinated an intern program. Later in 2013, they served as the Vice President of SHRM - DePaul Chapter. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Recruiter/Human Resources professional at CME Group. In 2015, they joined JetSmarter as a Human Resources Manager. Bianca then transitioned to TradeStation in 2017, where they held roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and currently, as a Senior Human Resources Manager.
