Jennifer Graves

Jennifer Graves has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working at TradeStation as a Software Engineer III, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Zeal IT Consultants as an IT Consultant from November 2017 to September 2021. In this role, they worked with multiple clients on projects that supported business growth, focusing on mobile UI development, SPA and website development. Jennifer also worked as a Contractor at Nascentis Group from October 2016 to November 2017.

Before transitioning to the IT industry, Jennifer worked at VITAS Healthcare from December 2011 to May 2016. Jennifer started as a Patient Care Secretary, providing excellent customer service and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare representatives. Jennifer then progressed to roles as Admissions Coordinator and Senior Admissions Coordinator, where they excelled in connecting patients and families with services and support, as well as coordinating busy professional schedules for field staff. In this role, they arranged communication between patients and physicians, scheduled diagnostic testing, and managed physician schedules. Prior to this, they worked as a Discharge Receptionist, providing reception and clerical support, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

Jennifer Graves has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2002, they attended Buhler High School and obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, in 2006 to 2007, Jennifer attended Chattanooga State Community College where they completed a vocational course and received a Certificate of Completion in Microcomputer Support Specialist. In 2016, Jennifer briefly attended The Iron Yard where they studied Back-End Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer also obtained two certifications: CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in January 2007.
