Justin Harry is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at TradeWinds Island Resorts since February 2010, overseeing a 744-room resort with extensive conference and banquet capabilities across 13 dining outlets. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Executive Sous Chef at La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa, where responsibilities included managing a 75,000-square-foot conference and banquet center at a AAA Four Diamond Resort. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Canyons Resort, also recognized as a AAA Four Diamond Resort, and as Chef de Cuisine at Tradewinds Island Resorts, contributing to culinary excellence over an extensive tenure from August 1994 to December 2007.
