Arleen Sullivan

Arleen Sullivan has extensive experience in the banking industry. Arleen is currently the Chief Banking Officer at Tradition Capital Bank, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Old National Bank, where they served as the Chief Commercial Administration Officer from 2020 to 2023, and as the Commercial Banking and SBA Executive from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Old National Bank, they were the Community Banking President at the same institution from 2014 to 2018.

Before Old National Bank, Arleen worked at Anchor Bank as the Commercial Banking Market President from 2007 to 2014, and as the Commercial Banking Vice President from 2003 to 2006. Arleen achieved notable results in generating new business loan volume and related services during their time at Anchor Bank.

Prior to Anchor Bank, they served as the Commercial Banking Vice President at Stillwater National Bank from 1992 to 1995. During their tenure, they marketed relationship banking to businesses and professionals in Oklahoma City and developed the SBA loan portfolio for the bank's Oklahoma City Division.

Arleen began their banking career at HSBC, where they worked as a Commercial Banking Officer in Middle Market Lending from 1987 to 1990.

Arleen Sullivan's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Arleen attended the college from 1983 to 1987.
