Lora Evans, PHR and SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In their most recent role as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Traditions Health, they provide HR support and services. Previously, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at Traditions Health, where they managed the HR department and supported the organization through a period of rapid growth. Prior to that, Lora worked at Palladium Hospice and Palliative Care as a Human Resources Manager, where they transformed the HR function and provided leadership during a period of significant expansion. Lora also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, managing recruitment and HR processes. Earlier in their career, Lora worked as an HR Generalist/Employee Relations Coordinator at Pharmaceutical Associates, where they handled employee issues, investigations, and conducted training. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Group of Patriots, where they administered HR plans and procedures for multiple companies and provided recommendations on employee issues. Lora also served as an HR Compliance and Recruiting Manager, building and presenting an Affirmative Action Plan. Lora started their career as an HR Assistant, maintaining personnel files and supporting various HR functions. Prior to their HR career, they owned and operated a math tutoring business, where they taught math to students. Lora Evans brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their HR roles.

Lora Evans, PHR and SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Covenant College. In 2015, they obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, as well as their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
