Erica Jordan, RN has a solid background in the healthcare industry, with experience in various roles and settings. Erica began their career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Houston Northwest Medical Center, where they evaluated, treated, and cared for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. Erica worked in different departments, including the Emergency Room and ICUs.

After gaining experience as a respiratory therapist, Erica transitioned to nursing and worked as a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse at Epic Health Services. Erica provided specialized care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Following their time at PSA Healthcare, Erica joined Sunset Hospice Inc. and Silverado Hospice as an RN Case Manager, where they developed and evaluated patient care plans, provided health education to patients and caregivers, and coordinated care efforts with medical and nursing team members.

Erica also has experience as a Senior RN Field Case Manager at UnitedHealthcare, where they performed in-home nursing assessments and handled authorizations for Medicaid and Star Plus Waiver services. Erica coordinated resources and services between UnitedHealthcare, physicians, and provider companies, while focusing on member satisfaction.

In their most recent role as an RN Clinical Manager at Amedisys Hospice Care, Erica managed daily operations and coordinated patient care. Erica reviewed referrals and processed workflows using HCHB.

Currently, Erica is employed as a Branch Director Hospice at Traditions Health. Erica'sresponsibilities include ensuring completion of workflow tasks by back-office staff, assisting with the survey process and preparation, conducting daily stand-up calls, and reviewing reports and dashboards in accordance with company policy.

Erica Jordan, RN has a comprehensive education history in healthcare. Erica began their educational journey in 2005, attending Lone Star College where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist. Following this, they pursued their career in nursing by obtaining an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Lone Star College from 2010 to 2011.
