Tiffany Vinci M.ed., Prc

Tiffany Vinci, M.Ed., PRC has extensive work experience in recruiting and human resources. Tiffany started their career in 1991 as a Cruise Director, Social Hostess, and Cruise Staff at Norwegian Cruise Line. Tiffany then transitioned to Equity Lifestyle Properties where they served as the National Marketing Director and Regional Manager, responsible for recruitment and marketing campaigns for retirement communities across multiple states. Tiffany also worked at Sava Senior Care as a Regional Rehab Recruiter, managing high-volume recruitment for physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Tiffany later joined Golden Living as a Recruitment Manager and Aegis Therapies as an Employment Manager, handling lifecycle recruiting and providing career transition services for Allied Health Professionals. Most recently, Tiffany worked at Traditions Senior Management as the Director of Recruiting and Human Resource Manager, leading recruitment strategies and implementing new policies and programs.

Tiffany Vinci, M.Ed., PRC holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma. In addition, they have obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS in April 2012.
