Jane Walters-Carr

Jane Walters-Carr is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Traeger, Inc. since March 2020, after previously holding the position of Vice President in the same area. Prior to Traeger, Jane worked at Goldman Sachs from October 2012 to March 2020, where roles included Head of HR Business Partners in Salt Lake City and various HR Business Partner positions across operations, technology, and investment management. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Target and a position in Owner Services at Snowbird. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism and an MBA in General Management, both from the University of Utah.
