Nicolai Ahlefeldt

Nicolai Ahlefeldt started their work experience in 2017 as a Product Owner at UrbanWineBox, where they were responsible for designing and managing the development of new features and reducing customer onboarding costs. In 2017, they also worked as a UX & Front-end developer at Lawrence.AI, where they were in charge of the front-end for a KYC platform. In 2018, they joined Traffic Lab and took on various roles, including Lead Frontend Developer, Head of Frontend, and Head of Internal Engineering. In these roles, they led teams in developing web-based internal tools, establishing a scalable infrastructure, and building and maintaining internal tools for the organization. Nicolai focused on recruiting and retaining talented engineers, advocating for quality engineering practices, and supporting the ongoing development of engineers' competence.

Nicolai Ahlefeldt holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Innovation and Business Development (MIB) from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they were an Exchange Student at The University of Sheffield, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2012 to 2013. Nicolai also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration & Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School, completed between 2010 and 2013. In addition to their academic degrees, Nicolai Ahlefeldt has obtained certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Architect from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023 and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from the same institution in 2021.
