Chris Jagger serves as the Lead for Global Law Enforcement Support at TRAFFIC since March 2022, focusing on addressing the illegal wildlife trade. Simultaneously, Chris Jagger has been a Special Advisor on Democratic Security Reform for various companies and governments since 2019, aiding in security and law enforcement effectiveness. Additional roles include faculty positions at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos since 2012, and a workshop facilitator at the Swedish Police Academy from 2011. Chris Jagger also contributes as a writer, analyst, and independent consultant for IHS Jane's, and leads 2creatEffects. Previously, significant contributions were made as an Intelligence and Security Advisor for DAI and as the founder of the Cambridge Wildlife Crime Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Intelligence and Security Studies from the University of Buckingham and various certificates in human rights and anti-corruption.
