Leadership Support Manager at TRAFFIC

Kristina Grant is an experienced professional in wildlife conservation and management, currently serving as the Leadership Support Manager at TRAFFIC since September 2022, focusing on sustainable trade in wild species. Previously, Kristina held the roles of Project Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Volunteers for Future from June 2021 to September 2022, where efforts were directed towards delivering workshops on wildlife conservation and climate change. Kristina also contributed as a Volunteer Staff member at the Cheetah Conservation Fund for six weeks in April-May 2021, caring for young cheetahs and a leopard in Somaliland. Additional experience includes serving as the Horse Tour Leader and Animal Manager at Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch in Namibia, and functioning as a Research Consultant at Forrester Partners. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Conservation and International Wildlife Trade from the University of Kent and a BA in English Literature from Durham University.
