Rea Woods is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Government Services at USPS under Traffix, Rea has held multiple roles at Echo Global Logistics, including MT Operations Manager and Senior Account Executive positions. Rea's career commenced with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, where work involved enrollment services as an Associate Support Consultant. Rea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Communications and Public Relations from Walden University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mass Communication and Media Studies from City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College.
