Karolina Kedra has experience in managing disbursements and port cost claims teams for wet and dry fleets globally at Trafigura. Prior to that, Karolina worked at Alma Shipmanagement and Trading SA as an assistant to the Operations/Chartering/Claims Manager, where Karolina monitored ship performance, coordinated vessel operations, and resolved disputes. Karolina also has experience in human resources and crew operations at Alert Shipmanagement Ltd. Karolina holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from King's College London, an MBA in Shipping from Alba Graduate Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising from the University of the Arts London.
