Katharina Damschen

Katharina Damschen is an experienced system developer with a strong background in software engineering and civil engineering. Currently serving as a System Developer at Trafikverket since May 2024, Damschen previously worked at Techstep, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of robust RESTful APIs and implementing microservices architecture. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at VMT GmbH, focusing on agile development for tunnel boring machines, and at FRILO Software GmbH, where project accountability encompassed geotechnical calculation applications. Damschen also contributed as a Research Assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, engaging in teaching and research related to geotechnical engineering.
