Federico de los Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Federico currently works at Trafilea as the People Operations & L&D Sr. Manager, responsible for leading the HRBPs and overseeing Engagement, Culture, and Internal Communications activities. Prior to this, they held the position of People Operations Manager at Trafilea.

Federico de los Santos completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they pursued a Personal & Gym Instructor certification from ENADE, specializing in Salud y educación física. Between 2009 and 2013, Federico obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Universidad de la Empresa, focusing on Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. In 2012, they participated in the International HR Management Program at IÉSEG School of Management. Federico is currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is expected to complete their degree as a Health Coach in 2022. Federico plans to pursue an Accredited Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation from 2023 to 2024.
