Karim Issa has a diverse range of experience in digital marketing and creative strategy. Karim began their career at Trafilea in 2014 as a Social Media Buyer, managing Facebook Ads Campaigns and generating monthly gross profits. Karim then became a Facebook Marketer - Customer Acquisition, leading a team focused on managing Facebook Ads Campaigns efficiently and effectively. During this time, they implemented growth hacking strategies and worked towards aligning different departments for the company's priorities and key initiatives. In 2018, Karim joined Shapermint, a brand owned by Trafilea, as a Growth Marketer - Facebook Specialist. Karim played a key role in the company's successful growth, helping it reach $50M in revenue and acquire over 1 million customers. In 2019, Karim took on the role of Creative Strategist at Shapermint, where they managed the creative ideation and execution of digital advertising assets for direct response campaigns, working closely with the acquisition and retention teams. Karim also led a team of copywriters, art directors, and video editors to improve the company's brand messaging and aesthetics while maintaining profitable growth. In 2023, Karim returned to Trafilea as the Creative Strategy and Innovation Manager. In this position, they are responsible for driving growth in new business units through various strategies and innovation. Karim develops customer acquisition strategies, conducts funnel tests, and leads a world-class creative strategist team dedicated to sales and persuasion.
