Lucas Fontana

Lucas Fontana has diverse work experience in data science and web development. Lucas is currently working at Trafilea as a Data Science Lead, where they collaborate closely with the CMO to drive the strategic use of data in the organization. Lucas leads a team of six professionals and manages relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Scientist at Trafilea and at SIMA agtech. Lucas also has experience in web development, having worked as a Web Developer at Eldo Omar Mosconi SRL. Additionally, they have worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at TechBI, where they developed reports for The Boston Consulting Group and provided BI support for various clients. Lucas has a strong background in constructing data warehouses, ETL, and reports for companies in Argentina and South America.

Lucas Fontana completed their secondary education at the Escuela de Educación Técnica Nº278 "General Enrique Mosconi" from 2007 to 2012, earning a Técnico Profesional Electromecánico degree. Following this, they pursued higher education at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información (Information Systems Engineering). Lucas also obtained a certification in DELF B2 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) in December 2017.
