Rosana Faegre has a strong background in operations and quality management. Rosana worked at Trail-Gear Inc. as the VP of Operations from August 2010 until the present, where they successfully supervised and managed various teams and departments, resulting in increased employee retention, decreased attrition levels, and improved performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
