Joe Cripps

Joe Cripps is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Trail. Prior to their current position, Joe was an IT Strategy + Senior Project Manager at itsu from October 2013 to December 2015. There, they authored Itsu's IT Strategy for 2014/15 and designed, procured, and implemented a new EPOS (IBS), Payments (Verifone), and Inventory solution (Fourth). Joe also served as a tech specialist on the Demand Planning project and acted as an advisor on all value-add technology projects. From June 2012 to December 2012, Joe was a Lead Project Manager for the ServiceNow implementation at Pret A Manger. There, they were responsible for rapid roll out to 350+ locations (entire UK estate), reporting to C level including regular RAG updates, agile approach using LeanKanban, full project planning and RAID/SWAT risk management, management of external 3rd parties including vendors, design and implementation of integration to of peripheral and 3rd party systems via webservices, matrix management of project via various teams in business, integration to SQL data warehouse for board level KPI reporting, and certified Service-Now Administrator.

Joe Cripps studied economics at the University of York, completing a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Prior to this, they completed the International Baccalaureate at UWC Atlantic College, and achieved A - B grades in their GCSEs at Whitecross School.
