Alexander Weisberg

Alexander Weisberg, PhD, currently serves as a Partner at Fieldston Power and has held the position of Managing Director at Rhizomatic Capital since May 2020, focusing on early stage climatetech, naturetech, and regenerative agriculture investments. Additional roles include Venture Partner at Trailhead Capital and membership at Toniic, while also being a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Moss Cafe. Previously, Alexander contributed as a Senior Advisor and Director of Partnerships and Impact at JSC Impact, and briefly advised at WovenEarth Ventures and consulted for Unovis Asset Management. An academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship and lecturing at New York University, complemented by a PhD in Environmental Philosophy and Ancient Religions from the same institution, and a BS in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
