Ryan D. has a diverse work experience. Ryan began their career in 2015 as an Intern with the Worcester Regional Research Bureau, Inc., where they worked under Dr. Mary-Beth Burke focused on public policy for the city of Worcester and regional issues in Massachusetts. Ryan also held a Paralegal Intern position at Baker, McEvoy, Morrissey, Moskovits, where they completed documents for attorneys regarding taxi and private livery vehicles. In 2017, they became a District Director for the Congressional Leadership Fund. In 2018, they were a Financial Director for Rick Green for Congress. Ryan then moved to the Baker Committee in 2019, taking on the role of Coordinator. Currently, they are the Chief Fundraising Officer for Trailmapper.

Ryan D. attended Assumption University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Philosophy.
