Monique Gaynor

Monique Gaynor is an Associate in TrailRunner International’s New York office. Monique works with clients on corporate and financial communications, executive positioning, media relations, and internal communications.

Prior to joining TrailRunner, Monique was a Senior Associate at FGS Global where she worked with clients on corporate and financial communications, executive positioning, media relations and internal communications. She previously worked as a Public Affairs Associate at Montieth & Company and as a Communications Coordinator for JetBlue Airways. She has experience working across a range of sectors and industries, including higher education, philanthropy, private equity, manufacturing and insurance.

Monique holds a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international studies from Northwestern University.

Outside of work, Monique sits on the Board of the John A. Reisenbach Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides grants and professional development programming to charitable endeavors across New York City.
