Urszula Bochyńska

Urszula Bochyńska is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer with a professional background spanning over a decade, currently serving as an instructional designer at Trainicity since October 2022. As a freelancer since 2010, Urszula has implemented learning platforms, conducted UX research, and designed courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. Previous roles include positions at Mavenzeal as a learning experience designer and contract eLearning developer, as well as senior eLearning developer at Alwasaet. Urszula has also served as a lecturer and trainer at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie and managed educational projects at the Regional Public Library in Poznan. With a strong educational foundation in UX research and human resources management, Urszula has trained over 700 individuals across various social skills workshops.
