Natalie Hicks

Natalie Hicks is a dedicated professional in the field of Occupational Therapy, currently serving as a Community Health and Wellbeing Apprenticeship Tutor at Training 2000 Ltd since May 2023. As a co-founder of AbleOTUK, established in 2021, Natalie has actively addressed issues of ableism within the profession. Additionally, Natalie co-founded the Social Prescribing Society at the University of Central Lancashire, where they served as Treasurer from October 2022 to June 2023. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Lancashire and prior degrees in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, as well as a Foundation degree in Chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
