Ethan Lawton

Ethan Lawton has extensive experience in behavioral therapy and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Behavior Technician at Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc. since October 2018, Ethan works with adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized ABA interventions. Previous roles include Behavior Technician, where Ethan provided therapy for children with autism and engaged in community activities. Prior to this, Ethan held positions such as Barista at Starbucks, Assistant Park Manager at Torzewski County Park, and Intern at Recovery Technology LLC. Additionally, Ethan contributed to the Student Government Association at Spring Arbor University as an Intramural Programmer and managed a firework tent at Jake's Fireworks, Inc. while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spring Arbor University from 2014 to 2018.
