Sean Rodrigues

Sean Rodrigues has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Sean started their career as a Technical Customer Service Advisor at planet internet in 1995. Sean then worked at Bloomberg ITS as an EMEA Installations Developer from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Future Internet Technologies as a Web Developer. Sean briefly worked at Ayscough Travel as an Internet/Intranet Systems Developer in 1998 before joining Microsoft. At Microsoft, Sean worked as a Software Developer from 1998 to 2004, gaining experience in various projects. Sean then advanced to become a Senior Software Developer, leading teams and delivering large-scale internet-based products until 2013. In 2014, they joined DC Thomson Family History as the Head of Engineering, responsible for the engineering and delivery of multiple genealogy sites. Since 2017, Sean has been working at Trainline, starting as the Head of Engineering and currently holding the position of Director of Engineering.

Sean Rodrigues attended the University of Greenwich from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a degree with Second Class Honors (2.1 Hons) in Maths Stats Computing.
