Sophie Ireland

Sophie Ireland began their work experience in 2009 as a Financial Analyst at RWC. In 2010, they joined Danone as a Finance Analyst before moving on to work as a Ski Instructor at Whistler Blackcomb in 2011. Later in 2011, they became a Sales Consultant for Winter Sports at Iglu.com. In 2012, they joined Concep as their Business Development Manager for Europe and later became their Commercial Manager until 2014. Sophie then pursued their Full Time MBA at Imperial College Business School from 2014 to 2016. Sophie continued their career at Trainline, starting as a Commercial Manager in 2016 and progressing to Senior Manager, Growth in 2018. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Strategy at Trainline before becoming the Global Head of Trainline Business in 2022.

Sophie Ireland's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Imperial College Business School. Sophie was a leadership scholarship recipient during their time there. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
