Elise Poulet-Amoyal

Elise Poulet-Amoyal serves as the Sales Director at Traiteur de Paris since January 2024. Prior to this role, Elise held the position of US Office General Manager & Sales North America at Interval Export from September 2020 to June 2023, where responsibility included overseeing a team within a French cheese export agency and managing the subsidiary's legal and administrative aspects. From August 2015 to September 2020, Elise was the North America Sales Manager for Mademoiselle Desserts, developing the company's business strategy within the U.S. and Canada. Previous experience includes serving as a Trade Advisor with UBIFRANCE, New Product Development Manager at Bonneterre & Compagnie, and roles in marketing and project management at the same company. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Management & Communication from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, earned between 2007 and 2009.
