Wesley Kisner has over 13 years of work experience in customer service and related roles. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Red Lobster as a Host, NiSource as a Utilities Customer Service Representative, Dominion Energy as a Utilities Customer Service Representative, and PITT OHIO as a Customer Service Logistics. Wesley then joined Traject in 2018 as a Senior Technical Support Specialist/Onboarding Account Manager, where they communicated effectively with clients to resolve inquiries in a timely manner, tested/QA'd new features and updates, and acted as a team leader.
