Patricia Hanlon

Patricia Hanlon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Patricia has worked as a Director of Revenue Operations at Trajector, leading IT teams to deliver projects that increased revenue. Patricia also served as a Director of Operations at Trajector, where they managed a 400-person campus and implemented strategies to improve productivity and ensure safety. Prior to Trajector, they worked as a Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Manager at pladis Global, where they led a 24x7 operation and achieved significant revenue growth. Patricia also worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing the production of surgical implants and implementing initiatives that generated cost savings. Earlier in their career, they served as a Product Line Manager at Corning Incorporated, where they led cross-functional teams and successfully launched new products.

Patricia Hanlon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Philosophy and English from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1994. Patricia later attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and completed a Masters degree in Business in 2012.
