Josie French has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Josie began their career as a Textbook Merchandiser at Murray State University, where they fostered vendor-university relationships, collaborated with internal departments on textbook adoptions, and monitored inventory levels. Josie then moved on to Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Program Manager, where they managed and supported the medical doctorate program curriculum and assisted in the development and delivery of core competencies. Following this, they joined Vanderbilt University as an Instructional Designer, working with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create engaging learning materials. Josie'snext role was at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation as a Global Learning and Development Consultant, where they analyzed training needs, designed and facilitated various training materials, and assessed training effectiveness. Currently, they are serving as a Sr. Client Services - Implementations at Traliant.
