Alain Patrick Ihirwe

Alain Patrick Ihirwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and team management. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Support Manager at Tramigo since January 2024, Alain oversees a distributed team across East, Central, and Southern Africa, focusing on customer service excellence and talent acquisition. Previously, Alain held the position of Team Manager at Tek Experts, where leadership of cross-functional teams and employee coaching were key responsibilities. Alain also served as a Customer Support Engineer, providing vital technical support for LoadRunner software and acting as a liaison for Microfocus customers worldwide. Alain's leadership experience further includes managing a large team of volunteers as an Event Manager for Peace and Love Proclaimers and an internship at HeHe, where skills in web and Android app development were cultivated. Alain holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, completed in 2020.
