Ryan Rhodes

Ryan Rhodes serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Trane Technologies, overseeing assembly, fabs, and paint since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Manufacturing Engineering Superintendent and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Technology, Engineering from Western Carolina University.
