Fundzhi Baloyi

Fundzhi Baloyi is an Engineer in Training at Trans-Africa Projects since July 2023, where responsibilities include designing high-voltage transmission overhead powerlines ranging from 132kV to 765kV, compiling and reviewing final design reports, assisting senior engineers with equipment selection, and utilizing CAD software for concept designs. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Atlas Copco from October 2022 to June 2023, where tasks involved performing calibrations, preventative maintenance, and providing technical support during site breakdowns. Fundzhi Baloyi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
