Kelly Malinoski is an experienced Emergency Management professional with a strong background in managing and developing emergency response programs. Currently serving as Manager and Director of Emergency Management at Trans Mountain Corporation since July 2012, Kelly has extensive expertise in emergency management, security program documentation, and exercise program execution. Previous roles include Manager of Emergency Management at Kinder Morgan, Inc. and Senior Coordinator at Visser Consulting Inc., where responsibilities involved interpreting regulatory codes, developing emergency response plans, and liaising with government agencies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Geography from Nipissing University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Niagara College.
