Raden Evangelista

Raden Evangelista has extensive work experience in system engineering and support roles. From 2017 to the present, they worked at TransAct® Technologies, first as a System Engineering Manager and currently as the Director of System Engineering and Support. In these roles, they were responsible for system installation and support for various products, such as EPICENTRAL and BOHA. Raden also provided system support for Food Service Technology and explored cost reduction solutions for internal operations and processes. Additionally, they maintained customer relationships for ongoing maintenance revenue. Prior to that, Raden worked at IGT from 2004 to 2017. Raden held several positions, including Systems Engineer IV, Systems Engineer III, Product Assurance Engineer II, Product Assurance Engineer I, Engineering Technician II, and Service Technician I. In these roles, they handled tasks such as defining specifications for computer and communications equipment, conducting installation projects, troubleshooting system failures, and developing monitoring solutions for Managed Service customers. Before their time at IGT, Raden worked as a Car Audio Installer at Audio Express in 2003 and as a Sales Associate at Circuit City from 2000 to 2003.

Raden Evangelista's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Morrison University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Earlier in their education, from 2000 to 2002, Raden attended DeVry University and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition to their academic degrees, Raden Evangelista has also obtained certifications. In November 2016, they received the Netreo Certified Monitoring Engineer certification from Netreo. Furthermore, in January 2014, they obtained the VMWare Certified Associate certification from VMware.
