Shiloh Price has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Front Desk Manager at Disney's Grand California Hotel from May 2011 to July 2013. They then moved on to DTT Surveillance, where they worked as a Support Pilot Manager from June 2013 to April 2015, and later as a Project Manager from April 2015 to February 2017. Following this, Shiloh joined DTiQ as an Operational Finance & Product Line Manager from February 2017 to August 2019. They then transitioned to TransAct® Technologies, starting as a Customer Success Field Representative from August 2019 to December 2021. Shiloh progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Lead Customer Success Field Representative from July 2021 to April 2022, Project Manager of Customer Success from January 2022 to April 2022, Organizational Development and Project Manager from April 2022 to June 2023, and currently holds the position of Manager, Training and Customer Experience since April 2023.

Shiloh Price completed their education from 2007 to 2010 at Riverside Community College, where they obtained an A.A. in Humanities, Philosophy & Arts with a focus on English Language and Literature. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2022, and ServSafe Food Handler from ServSafe Certified in April 2020.
